Yesterday, I attended my local Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) meeting. After our interesting discussion about upcoming legislation and the over whelming swell of social media advertising. We got the opportunity to view Commerce Bank’s new Administrative offices at 401 Main St. Peoria. That’s when it dawned on me how successful companies such as Commerce Bank become successful not only by their Advertising, their Outreach, their Investments and a multitude of other reasons but also their relationships and use of Successful General Contractors. Commerce Bank’s use of a Signatory General Contractor such as River City Construction shows how they believe in investing in our community. River City Construction understands their best asset is their employees. River City Construction understands the benefits in being a Signatory LiUNA General Contractor and providing a living wage with good benefits to their construction trades men and women. And I believe that this is why both, Commerce Bank and River City Construction are both Successful businesses.
